SNELL, Grace - Peacefully at Marianhill on Sunday, May 19th, 2019. Grace Snell (nee Arnold) of Pembroke, loving wife of the late Cameron Donal Snell. Cherished mother of Cameron (Brenda MacKinnon) and Steven (Pat Cotnam). Nan to Cole Snell, Robyn Davis, Jennifer Gruntz (Dustin) and Laura Snell. Great Nan to Lola Snell, Marli, Tia and Kia Davis and Denver and Ryder Gruntz. Loved so very much by her sister and best friend Dolores Lesnick. She will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and good friends. Predeceased by parents, Maurice and Lavina Arnold (Church), sister Jean Arnold, brother Frank Arnold, brothers-in-law George Lesnick and Murray Malseed. Dear sister-in-law to Jeannette McKay, Barbara Malseed, and Warren and Aileen Snell. Grace was a 50 year member of the Catholic Women's League and a long time member of the hospital auxiliary. Grace enjoyed travelling, visiting with friends, a good game of cards and to be surrounded by her family. Respecting Grace’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Pembroke on Tuesday, May 28th, 2019 at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at 10:00 - 10:45 a.m., before the memorial and after the service for a light luncheon in Our Lady of Lourdes Parish hall. Donations can be made to the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation. If you knew Grace you will understand why we called her "The Lady". The Lord has received a gentle and loving angel.
